All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our products and collectables, all sales are final. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact info@protohype3d.com.

SHIPPING 

  • We ship worldwide from USA via Fedex, UPS, DHL, and USPS. International customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and tariffs (We do not grant payment for these import fees.)
  • Order Processing time is 1-2 weeks. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing description for pre-order items. Please review before purchasing.
  • Shipping Transit time is 2-7 business days (domestic), 10-14 business days (international) 
  • Orders $150+, will require adult signature for delivery. Please contact our customer service at info@protohype3d.com for any shipping damages within 24 hours of receiving
